Adds support for diffing Access and/or SQLite files directly from Windows Explorer.

- Support for diffing Microsoft Access and/or SQLite files directly from Microsoft Windows Explorer - For convenience, SQLite or Access databases can now be selected directly in Windows Explorer to start a comparison in DiffDog.
- Note: this is only possible with SQLite and Access databases since they are file-based. Comparisons of all other supported database types can be initiated in DiffDog using the Database Connection Wizard.
- Updated support for IBM DB2 iSeries - Support for IBM DB2 iSeries has been updated to 7.4.
